St. Pierre et Miquelon

I was looking on Google Earth a while back, and found out about an island south of Newfoundland called St. Pierre. (46.779036, -56.181047) The Provence is owned by France, they speak French as the official Language, The vehicle registrations are French, and the power plugs are even 220VAC with French plugs.

So for someone who would love to go to France and never leave North America, this looks like a great solution.
